The Making of: WauWau chili pepper grinder

The chili pepper grinding mechanism is made for dry chili grapes. Because they are different in shape, size and hardness to peppercorns we developed a special grinding mechanism for chili pepper.

It's just to fill the grinder with dry chili grapes, turning the crank clockwise fine flakes come out of the grinder. We recommend not just to use the chili grinder for cooking but we place the grinder also on the table. So everyone who likes it hot and spicy could spice individually.
