The „Coburg“ mill was made specially for the restaurant/hotel “Coburg” in Vienna, Austria.
In fact these mills really are used in the restaurant “Clementine im Glashaus”. This tailor-made mill is similar to the style of “Stella” but a bit smaller and made from cherrywood.
“Coburg” is a handy little mill made from oiled cherrywood. The cherry’s slight tone of red and the fine woodgrain give the mill an elegant touch. The round form is tempting to touch especially to do some final spicing at the table. The knob at the top of the mill can be screwed and the head can be removed to refill the mill. The top knobs are available in different colors, whereas the black Bakelite is classical and the colorful anodized aluminum knobs are vibrant.
