Our chili grinder is manufactured in our own workshop in Vienna and is made entirely of stainless steel. The grinder works on a ripping principle, meaning the whole, dried chili peppers are shredded into flakes.
The chili grinder consists of the following parts:
-floor plate
-Rotor, spindle, spring, centering bar
-6 stainless steel screws 3.5x16
-2 stainless steel screws 3.0x20
